Multiplayer MapsCall of Duty: Black Ops Cold War's multiplayer maps maintain the fast-paced action of the Black Ops series while introducing innovative elements. 16 maps, ranging from urban ruins to mysterious ancient sites, have been meticulously crafted to ensure the purest shooting experience. The maps are divided into two categories: 12 brand-new Core 6v6 maps. Additionally, there are four new, compact Strike maps designed for Face Off 6v6 or 2v2 configurations.

New Mode: Kill Order Kill Order is a 6v6 respawn mode where two teams compete against each other, with each team having their own high-value target at any given time. Throughout the match, all kills will score points for your team, but focusing on eliminating the enemy's HVT will yield the highest score, followed by HVT kills, and then normal kills. You can also play the Face Off Kill Order variant. It follows all the same rules as Kill Order but with two differences: Scorestreaks are completely disabled and it will be played on the more compact Strike maps, which can lead to greater "tactical chaos".
